I was supposed to wake up early so I had enough time to do my hair and makeup, but I didn’t wake up until 09.00… x_x I did my hair and makeup in a hurry, and I managed to do my nails really quick as well. But you know, nail polish can’t dry fast enough so they ended up really ugly anyways!!! :grate:

On this morning I was waiting for a birthday cake I had ordered the week before, and when it finally came I was extremely happy with it! Pictures of it will come later.

Sascha picked me up so we could meet Marcus at the airport together. Sascha is such a gentleman, thank you! Marcus and Sascha were also in Amsterdam because of the International Gyaru Meetup on Saturday and Sunday, and accidentally Marcus’ birthday was on this Friday. I wanted to celebrate his birthday so I wanted to have a :diamant: surprise party :diamant: for him. :spokelse:

It was nice seeing Marcus again… Like always it felt like 458346486856 years since I saw him last time… :dfgf:

Since I had planned a surprise party for him, I told Marcus that no one wanted to meet us on this day, because they were either busy or not in town. 8o|

He asked about our friends Eivind and Amanda, as he knew they were in Amsterdam already. I told them they wanted to spend their day sightseeing and rest in their hotel room instead of hanging with us (LOL WTF). I could see on his face that he was really disappointed/sad, I felt REALLY, REALLY bad about lying about our friends and to lie to him :grate:  - BUT HEY SURPRISE PARTY RIGHT??

The three of us went to a restaurant and had brunch. :bestikk:

Right after we went to a liquid store. I was really fascinated about how cheap it was there, and I wonder how the stores don’t go bankrupt. Not only were their goods really cheap but the liquid stores were located next to each other!

Sascha drove us to the hotel. Me and Marcus was staying at Artemis, a hotel located between Amsterdam center and Schipol airport… The hotel was really nice but I do have to tell you about some unpleasant experiences we had…

We got a room which was in the process of cleaning, I think. Because when we checked the bathroom there was wash clothes on the floor and on the sink… The windows were dirty and greasy… DISGUSTING!!! x_x I think we could find more unpleasant stuff if we tried to find any, but we changed the room immediately… This was absolute nothing you would expect from a four star hotel… :diamant: :diamant: :diamant: :diamant: They should be happy I don’t publish pictures I have of this, because this was REALLY disgusting.

The new room was OK, there was a lot of dust in corners/under the bed/etc. but nothing nearly disgusting as we found in the room before.

Anyways, as you can see in the pictures over, Marcus and Sascha hadn’t styled them self up yet so they had to spend some time doing that.

For the first time in my life I was actually waiting for some guys to get ready so we could go. Totally fucked up right??? I could fix my fail-nails while I was waiting for them to get ready, but I didn’t. I was on my computer doing nerdy stuff instead!!! :lol: OH GENDER ROLES WHERE ARE YOU :?:

But I was camwhoreing a bit while I was waiting~

Sascha drove us back to town, the plan was to find Saschas hotel so he could book in and leave his stuff.

When we were near the hotel, we found out that Juliette and Imke (Saschas roomies) was nearby. I didn’t want Marcus to meet them because they were also going to be at the surprise party, so I suggested to do something alone with Marcus while Sascha could «»find his hotel»".

We went to a pub and talked a bit. I also texted and called everyone that were going to be on the party to make sure everyone was ready. I told Sascha to go directely to the meeting place, instead of coming back to us.

We were talking about a lot of stuff like usual, but there was one thing that made my heart almost stop. x_x Marcus told me that he really trusted me, and that I am a person who never lies. I don’t get it, how come he told me that on the day I was lying like crazy? I had told him that no one was in town, that we weren’t doing anything on his birthday, that I was arguing with Ingvild so I didn’t want to be with her, that Eivind and Amanda wanted to spend this day doing other things instead, that Sascha still hadn’t found his hotel – I was in other words the worlds biggest liar that day…

I was feeling sooooooooooo bad about lying that I almost revealed everything.

Not only that, killing some time was hard as well. I think Marcus was kinda sad because I didn’t have any specific plans to do on his birthday… We spent a lot of time on a random pub and sitting on the central station. I had to do it because I needed to kill some time, but Marcus had no idea about why

When the time was right, I told Marcus I had booked a table on a restaurant, and that I had forgotten it. I told him that I had to go to that place right ahead because dsroifdrghd. I can’t remember what I told him actually, but it was all bullshit to make it sound less stupid. I mean, forgetting about a table reservation on his birthday? It sounded really stupid.

I told him I wanted to take a cab to Leidseplein, because we were already «»late»".

On our way I asked him if he trusted me, and he said yes. I told him to wear a blindfold, he looked very confused when I told him that, but he did anyways.

In the cab, I texted Laura and told her to meet us outside the restaurant so she could show me the way. I had never been at that restaurant before. I also wrote that she had to be quiet, so Marcus wouldn’t suspect anything.

I ordered the cake from MultiVlaai, and to be honest it was really hard to order from them. The whole website is in Dutch, and most of the things will not be translated in Google Translate… So I had to improvise and figure it out myself!! The store was hard to communicate with as well, didn’t respond to any mails and hung up when I tried to call Might be they don’t speak English???? Or maybe my English is more Chinglish??? WHO KNOWS. BUT. THE CAKE WAS AMAZING SO I DON’T MIND!!!

We were bar hopping after the restaurant, which is a very Dutch thing to do I think. Here are a few pictures from that night:

I didn’t take any pictures because I was too stressed about 134957850 things I had to do!!! There was a few plan changes and so on, so I had to do my best to solve it. I have to admit I was very stressed, but I tried to handle the situation as good as I could… But when someone was asking me about what was going on I had a nervous breakdown, hahahaha.

I had already lost control over the whole program, and repeating over and over to people that I didn’t have any control anymore while trying to find a Plan B really did stress me out. The pressure was really hard, and when you’re the only one is not funny.

But except from my stupid breakdown, I think we handled the problems and changes really well. Credits to the models for staying positive and being creative!

When I FINALLY was done doing all the necessarily stuff for the shows, I thought I could start doing my hair and makeup for the J-fashion show.  BUT I found out that I had forgot my lenses… FML!!!!!! LIKE FUCK MY LIFE FOR REAL.

It wasn’t because absolutely needed the fucking lenses for the makeup or for the style – right there I couldn’t care less about it. But unfortunately, my eyesight is pretty bad… and thinking about walking around on stage without really seeing good? x_x NO THANK YOU!

Soooo, I decided to get my lenses, which took me one hour… One hour is a lot when it means you would have only 20 minutes left to do your hair and makeup… And Marcus wanted to go with me… I told him to not, because then he also would have one hour less to do styling, which is really stupid!!! But he did anyways  TÆHÆHÆHÆHÆH  :hihi: Thank you

I’m happy for having so wonderful members who also are my best gal friends. So, you might have heard it from someone else already (thinking about all the talk on either Facebook or Twitter and of course blogs) but this weekend was AWESOME!!! :y: :y: :y: :y: :y: :y: :klapp: I don’t think any of us in CoutureGals could have imagine this being this big, and going so well!

So, the meet up official meeting point was @ the Central station, and OMG I did knew that a lot of people were coming, but seeing everyone IRL is much more overwhelming. :sjokkert: I usually don’t have any big problems with my English and talking to big group of people, but this time it was a little bit awkward. People had so much respect and were totally listening, which made me feel a little pressure. This went so smoothly, thinking about how many we was. I feel so sorry for all the people that had to deal with my horrible Chinese-English, tho hahahha I hope people felt that they were given enough information and such!

We were extremely lucky with the weather, these days was the most sunniest days here in Oslo so far this year! I’m not kidding, I was so worried about the weather when I was planning this meet up… Rain/snow and wind would totally affected the meet up in a really bad way. :skalle:

We wasn’t home before 3.30am in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when I was home, I didn’t want to sleep because I wanted to follow Sascha to the airport 05.15am, so I wanted to stay awake to keep him with company. Laura also was awake and we had some serious Tetris battles on NDS

After following Sascha to the train station and coming back home, I didn’t fell asleep before 6am! :dfgf: So I was smart and didn’t remove my clip extensions and tried to use hair clips and pins to hold the curls – so I didn’t need to start styling the hair from the scratch the day after. :hihi: I needed every minute of sleep I could get before day 2! 4 hours of sleeping after such long day is not enough! :zzz:

My hair plan failed so fucking hard and I looked totally like a sheep in the morning. But hey, I didn’t have any time to restyle it, so I had to be like a sheep.

We met everyone at the same meeting point as yesterday, and headed to a restaurant to get brunch!

I was soooooooooooooo hungry so I ate it all up!

After saying goodbye to people that had to leave on Saturday, the we (me and people that were staying at my place) headed back to my apartment.

Back at my place, just chillin’. We decided to check out gal_secrets. To be honest, I couldn’t give a damn about that place (who wants to waste their time there anyways?), so I only read there once in a while when someone is tweeting or either link to me. But this time it was actually quite fun to read, because we all had a good laugh at all the stupid secrets. LOL!!!

On Monday was the goodbye-to-the-international-friends-day. It was so hard to say goodbye… I miss you guys so much already, I wish this could have lasted longer! THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING WEEKEND!!!

HAHAHAHHAHA jeg hater Engelsken min. Sånn seriøst. Engelsk er faktisk et av de fagene jeg hatet/sugde i på grunnskolen. Tror det har noe med at jeg generelt er ganske språkforvirret… Jeg kan jo fire språk flytende! Uansett, sånne teite greier hindrer meg heldigvis ikke i å ha det gøy.

Sjekk ut Max sin YouTube-kanal, den er definitivt verdt å kikke på hvis noen av dere er interessert i gyaru-/gyaruo-kultur, siden han tar opp mange gode temaer!

First of all, I have to tell you that I’ve learned that RGHHH sound Dutch people are making all the time when they’re talking, and I’ve started to make that sound too! My brother is so annoyed right now, hahaha. But….. I seriously can’t stop. Seriously. RGHHHhh! :sinna:

I had so much fun this weekend, especially on Sunday.  I was probably with the FUNNIEST people in Netherlands! ;D

Jeg var å besøkte SHEBOOYA i Amsterdam/Den Haag, en nederlansk gal-circle. Planen var at dette skulle bli en mega-meetup, med meg og Eilish som var i nå ikke-eksisterende HIBISCGYARU som internationale gjester og SHEBOOYA og HYPER som begge er nederlandske. Dessverre kom ikke Eilish på flyet sitt.

Anyways, jeg starter fra morgenen av, lørdag 31. juli:

Som alltid, så er det prinsen min, aka min boyfriend,  som kjørte meg til flyplassen. Hva skulle jeg ha gjort uten han? Snilling. Kan alltid regne med han, selv om jeg ikke tar det som en selvfølge. Uten han måtte jeg ha tatt bussen, og det er så…… stressende å tenke på i det hele tatt. NO BUS FOR ME THIS TIME. :bankehjerte:

Jeg ankom Eindhoven rundt 14.00-14.30, og på flyplassen venter Juliette og Valentina på meg, noe som er så utrolig snilt, for jeg vet seriøst ikke hva jeg hadde gjort uten de. Reise alene, til ukjent land, der hvor de har masse RGHHHh i språket sitt. Insane. Flaks at de kom og hentet meg! Som jeg tidligere har skrevet, så har alle gyarusene jeg besøkt i utlandet så snille. Jeg har alltid følt meg trygg. :y:

Vi dro videre til togstasjonen, der hvor vi møtte Jessica. Det første jeg ser, når jeg ankommer togstasjonen (vi skulle til Amsterdam!) er fucking fast-food i VEGGEN. :bestikk: WTF. SYKT. Det var som mange mini-ovner… VI MÅ HA SÅNNE I NORGE OMG!

My hair. Det var STORT og jeg hadde cornrows på ene siden av hodet, men som dere ser gjorde regnet/fukten/vinden håret bare helt flatt. So unclassy.

Prøvde å fikse håret, men det var fortsatt flatt og ekkelt... That is Juliette, btw! ;D

Valentina var så utrolig søt… Hun hadde en lang reise, og hun kunne ikke være der lenge, men alikevel kom hun. Hun var bare med i toget, før hun måtte dra hjem. :sjokkert: Hun var alene hjemme med hundene, så hun kunne ikke være borte lenge~ Jeg ville ha gjort det samme for Mimi! :mimi:

Da vi var fremme i Amsterdam ble jeg møtt av en STOR gjeng… Fyfaen, you don’t want to mess with the Dutch gyarus LOL. Jeg ble seriøst drit-nervøs, noe jeg vanligvis ikke blir.

Heldigvis var alle så søte, snille og greie. Jeg har seriøst ikke ord!

SKÅL!

Vi dro ganske tidlig, fordi folk hadde tog å rekke osv. Laura og kjæresten hennes var så snille og sa jeg kunne sove over hos dem (noe som var planlagt i forveien, i tilfelle noen duster tviler), så det var liksom np. Utrolig snilt gjort av dem, for budsjettet mitt er seriøst helt… ubeskrivelig nå. Hotell er også relativt dyrt for en student! Så jeg er evig takknemlig!

Dag to: 1. august

På denne dagen var vi på Den Haag… Noe som ikke var dumt i det hele tatt. Det merkelige, er at jeg fikk høre at butikker/kjøpesentre er åpne på søndager i store byer i Nederland. WHAAAT? Hvorfor kan vi ikke ha det sånn her?

Senere på dagen var alle sammen enige om at jeg MÅTTE smake på denne såkalte «kroket». Ikke det at jeg aner hva det er, hva den inneholder – og de insisterte på at jeg ikke burde vite det heller lol. Fikk prøve fastfood fra veggen med det samme!

Seriøst, Max må være min male style-twin! Jeg hadde definitivt kledd meg som Max om jeg selv var gutt, hahaha. Masse detaljrike tilbehør, classy pieces of clothing, dramatisk hår og syyyyyyykt arrogante poses! hahahaha Han har seriøst et øye for detaljer. PERFECT GYARUO!

Når tiden ble nok dro vi til en kinesisk restaurant og spiste dim sum! :bestikk: Det var seriøst NYDELIG, og vi betalte ikke mer enn 15 EUR hver. Det er så WHAAAAAAT THEEEEEEEEE FUUUUUUUUUUCK. Det var så mye mat at jeg trodde jeg skulle havne i gjeld eller noe, men nope! OMGGGGg 15 EUR x_x Det var med drikke!

Første del... Vi fikk tilsammen fem ganger mer enn dette! SINSSYKT!

Men overtalt ble jeg.

Det begynte med at jeg først får høre at jeg må ha jævla joggesko. Noe jeg ikke hadde med meg siden jeg aldri i min villeste fantasi kunne ha tenkt til meg at jeg skulle VANDRE i en jævla ØRKENFJELL på en chartertur. Og om jeg var så gal og hadde klart å gjette meg til at jeg skulle på en vandring, hadde jeg nok aldri ha tatt med meg mine Baby Phat eller Puma på turen anyways. Jeg er såppass glad i dem.

Greit nok å skaffe joggesko, men aldri i verden om jeg kjøper yalla-fakes på makedet og aldri i verden om jeg gidder å bruke masse penger på sko jeg bare bruker noen timer.

Så ja, jeg tok en tur til Naama Bay-markedet og kjøpte meg badesko. Korall-badesko til nattevandring. Sålene var av hard gummi, og på toppen var det et eller annet slags stoff, så jeg tenkte at de nok kunne fungere. 30 kr, npnp.

Bare at jeg på trass valgte den styggeste fargen, signalgrønt, istedet for sort. Bilder vil komme senere, ro ned. De kan man seriøst ikke unngå å legge merke til, for å si det sånn.

Eneste som eksisterte på veiene

Uansett, det begynner med en tre timer lang busstur på natten… Hadde jeg ikke vært så verdensvant hadde jeg nok syntes den bussturen var skummel (ingen trafikkregler, lys, ørken, totalmørke, tusen folk som skulle sjekke pass og visum, yallyall), men det gikk helt ok.

Da i kom frem fikk vi høre at det var mulig å sitte på kameler oppover, og selvfølgelig måtte jeg slå til! Å se disse dyrene er så rart… En ting er å se de på TV og bilder- det blir en HELT annen opplevelse å se de. De er så utrolig LANGE! Jeg tror det ennå ikke har gått helt opp for meg at det eksisterer slike skapninger på samme planet jeg lever i… Eller vent. Jeg har jo ikk en gang klart å fordøye mitt intrykk av ørkenen heller. Det er så tørt. Grått. Hardt! Hadde jeg ikke visst bedre hadde jeg seriøst trodd jeg var i en annen planet.

Abidoh, som er en hvit kamel på 4-5 år. Jeg følte meg som en prinsesse! Prinsesse med grønne badesko.

Jeg tør å påstå at jeg og Annette satt på kamelene 3/4 av turen. Resten av turen måtte vi gå, siden det var trapper mot toppen av fjellet. Vi tok en stop like etter at vi gikk av kamelene, for å vente på reisten av følget vårt (var reisebyrået Amisol som hadde arrangert turen, og vi reiste i en gjeng på 10).

Midt på natta, men fortsatt god stemning på pause-stedet...

Det ser ikke sånn ut, men det var seriøst ISKALDT der!

Gikk videre, da. Opp de jævla trappene, som jeg dessverre ikke har noen bilder av. Er jo litt gaytard å ta bilder når det seriøst er på nattens mørkeste.

Men ja. De motherfuckings trappene. Hvis jeg var Gud, og jeg skulle få Moses til å gå noe sted, så hadde det IKKE vært opp det jævla fjellet her. Faen makan til menneskemishandling. Jeg trodde seriøst jeg skulle dø. Svime av, dette bakover og falle ned de 93583904534 trappetrinnene. DET FØLTES SERIØST SOM OM JEG SKULLE DØ. Det var faktisk på et punkt der hvor jeg følte det hadde vært diggere å dø enn å gå opp de hersens trappene. Jeg lovet meg selv å aldri noensinne tråkke på flere ustabile og løse stener som skulle forestille trapper.

Uansett, på vei oppover var det mange pauser og stopp. Og på det SISTE stoppet, like før vi skulle på toppen av hele skiten, begynner jeg å blø neseblod på grunn av trykket. :’) Kan dere tro?

Her kjemper jeg som en gal viking på flein oppover hele skiten av et steinhelvete, og LIKE FØR toppen begynner jeg faen meg å fossblø jævla NESEBLOD????

Jeg måtte bli igjen, da. Så jeg fikk bare se soloppgangen fra nesten-toppen. Ikke ekte-toppen av Mosesfjellet. Damn. Det var uansett ganske fint, da! Så selv om jeg ikke kunne komme meg opp til topps var det definitivt verdt det!

Soloppgang... Utrolig vakkert. Synd jeg ikke klarte å fange det på bildene. Det er i slike stunder jeg tenker jeg ønsker meg speilrefleks lol

Nedover gikk jo ganske greit, da. Det var liksom bare å gå ned. Er liksom ikke noe problem med tynn oksygen nedover lol. MEN ALIKEVEL VILLE JEG SITTE PÅ MIN KAMEL ABIDOH TILBAKE :bankehjerte:

Så ja, Roma-skadet?

JA!

Akkurat nå er det faktisk ingenting som skjer, så jeg tenkte jeg skulle ta meg litt tid til å skrive om Egypt. Bare slapper av på her på hotellet anyways liksom. Begynner med å skrive om selve reiseselskapet vi reiste med og hotellet i Egypt, siden det var en stor del av reisen og faktisk der jeg tilbrakte mesteparten av tiden min.

Jeg reiste med Amisol. Jeg betalte 3500 kr for 7 dager, da med hotell og flybillett inkludert. Det var til og med all inclusive, så jeg trengte ikke en gang å tenke på ekstra utgifter til mat… Heldig? Et norsk par jeg ble kjent med på turen betalte 3000 for 14 dager, da også med hotell og fly inkludert. Er dere heldige er det ikke umulig at dere selv kan få dere en slik reise!

Flyturen selv tok fem timer… Væh, jeg har jo egentlig skrevet litt om akkurat det, så mer om det kan dere lese her.

Jeg vet ikke om jeg har nevnt det før, men jeg var i alle fall i Naama Bay, et sted som var bygd/gjort om for turister… Det var i alle fall det eneste jeg følte. Massevis av andre turister, butikker egnet for turister og lite preg av selve kulturen. For min del var jeg ganske forberedt på dette, ettersom jeg faktisk reiste på en skikkelig chartertur – så ingenting skuffet meg her. Jeg har jo aldri vært på sånn chatertur en gang.

Hotellet jeg var på het Sonesta Club, og det ordet som beskriver hotellet best er: FANTASTISK!

Inngangen til selvet hotellet... Gigantisk, men innsiden er faktisk enda mer praktfult!
